PUBLIC EQUITIES

We maintain an actively managed portfolio both through direct holdings and through managers, including long-only and hedge fund investments. All investment decisions are made with a view to maintaining a disciplined allocation model across asset classes.

REAL ESTATE

We invest in real estate through a variety of developer and investment trust platforms, primarily focusing on LEED Platinum green building projects and opportunities.

PRIVATE EQUITY

We invest in, and partner with, a select group of venture and private equity funds.

PHYSICAL ASSETS

In addition to traditional investments, we also explore investment opportunities that are tied to our scarce natural resources, such as sustainable investment projects tied to agriculture, timber, minerals and more. All such investments are filtered through a strict process to identify net-zero or positive environmental impact.
